CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL SHADE FOR LIQUOR PRODUCTION
The project is located at Ibadakuli- Shinyanga, Tanzania, East Africa. It is ongoing project; our scope of works is design of steel structure, preparation of shop drawings and management of installation works. At completion, the liquor factory is expected to be iconic across lake Victoria region.

Capri Point Hotel
Proposed construction of a four-star hotel facing Lake Victoria, Scope of the works is a structural design and construction supervision.
2019
Hospital Project at Tegeta, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
Modern Hospital Project completed in late 2019. Savanna Engineers’ scope of works was the structural design and construction supervision.
2018
Refugees Resettlement Centre at Makere, Kasulu-Kigoma, Tanzania
International Organization for Migrants (IOM) project comprised of access roads, buildings, sanitation works and clean water supply systems. Our scope included the design and supervision of all Civil Engineering works. Savanna Engineers worked under the intercultural environment of international experts
2018
Feasibility Studies for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plants
The project determined business viability prior to investment in medical cotton products and other pharmaceutical products. It took place three regions of Tanzania; Mwanza, Mbeya and Pwani. Our scope was the preparation of Technical Feasibility report which covered industrial design, architectural design, structural design and environmental-social impact assessment. Savanna Engineers worked under intercultural environment of international experts from Netherlands, USA, UK, India, Hong-Kong, South Africa, Uganda and Kenya.
2017
Construction of heavy-duty pavement, access railway and cargo houses in Mwanza, Tanzania
We designed and supervised heavy-duty pavement built of reinforced concrete, portal frame steel structures and approach railway, purposely for handling heavy cargo. Associated works were topographic survey and soil investigation

Cosmetics Industry at Kibaha, Pwani, Tanzania
We Completed five 30mx70m warehouses, three storey building, 800m perimeter solid wall and landscapes, under build-design contract estimated at US$1.8mil. The scope comprised of Environmental Impact Assesment, architectural design, electrical, mechanical, Civil and Structural works.

Commercial Building in Maswa, Simiyu-Tanzania
Client’s specific requirements for Multi-Use Commercial Complex are modern conference halls, rentable spaces for offices, executive hotel rooms and some presidential suites. Prior to design, Savanna Engineers mobilized surveyors and geotechnical engineers for topographic survey and sub-soil investigation. We further developed detailed architectural, structural, service engineering drawings, bill of quantities and contractor’s bid-documents
